Since its creation, onepoint has organised its production and support activities into processes and procedures. This basic structure, enriched over the years, has enabled it to build a Quality Management System based on best practices with regard to the ITIL V3 library.

This system offers team members documented methodological guidelines and the right tools.

At delivery level, its production activities are based on the best approaches, methods, models and modelling languages:
CMMi, ITIL V3, SIX SIGMA, SCRUM, BPMN, UML, MERISE, etc.

This approach and this strong commitment to the quality of its products and services have enabled onepoint to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System.

Sustainable development

Onepoint’s ISO 14001 certification is a testament to its long-term commitment to respect and protect the environment.

This environmental approach also means employees and suppliers adopting good practices on a day-to-day basis:

  • Paper management and printing optimisation,
  • Reducing electricity consumption in offices,
  • Managing the use of air-conditioning and heating,
  • Water management,
  • Limiting travel and implementing alternative solutions in connection with its activities.
