Caroline’s experience
I have a Master’s degree in International Management from Milan.
I worked for 4 years in the media, at JCDecaux. As a marketing and communication project manager, my role was to develop the attractiveness of outdoor advertising to agencies and advertisers.
Today at onepoint, I work on organisational projects within Marketing Departments. I assist clients in transforming their organization or clarifying the missions of their teams, and work on change management.

How was your typical day?
Caroline – I haven’t really had any since I joined the company – between my client and the firm, between producing deliverables and running meetings and workshops…. That’s what I like about our business.
