A graduate of ESSEC and Sciences Po Paris, Fabrice served 18 months as a naval officer before joining PwC’s Public Sector practice in 1999, which he helped to develop. Fabrice has more than 20 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects for government ministries and operators (Defence, Bercy, Agriculture, Transport, Higher Education, Justice, …), local authorities (regions, cities) and international organisations.
Fabrice joins onepoint as a StratOp partner to support the development of consulting activities within the Public Sector.
