I completed a Master Macro Economics / Sociology of Organizations at Sorbonne Paris 1, then a Ms Information Management and Economic Intelligence at the School of Economic Warfare.
I then worked for several companies: EADS, IDRH and PwC.
Today at onepoint, I work on projects to support the human aspect of transformation projects, Employee Experience, HR Function Performance (Strategy / Organisation / Digitalisation / HR Analytics), Talent Management & HR Development and GPEC and Training.

What are the projects or challenges in which you take the most pride?
François – Helping a client to overcome a problem by approaching it from a new angle and having the consultants present on my assignments reuse what they have learned / produced for other projects.
A hidden talent?
François – Mixology.
If you were to start a business tomorrow, what would it be?
François – A company that produces a very cute little object that would OBLIGATE people to BE AT THE TIME.
