Nicolas is a graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech. He started in 1998 as Methods Manager at Thales Avionics for 3 years and then joined Proconseil in the Management and Organisation Consulting teams.
Nicolas joined weave in 2013 and became a partner in 2018. He develops the Lean Management & Operational Excellence offer as well as the firm’s Singapore office.
In 2018, Nicolas joined us as a Partner in the Operational Strategy community following the merger with Weave.
