A graduate of ESCP, Sciences-Po and ENA, Philippe has been working in the public sector for more than 20 years. A public sector partner at EY for nearly 7 years, he had a first career at Bercy, where he himself managed structuring projects for the reform of the State.
Philippe joined onepoint in 2020 as a Partner in the Strat Op community, more specifically dedicated to the development of our offers to local authorities and public administrations.
