Graduated from ESSEC and Colombia, Serge started his career at AT Kearney, he then became project manager at Razorfish Publicis. Serge joined Weave in 2003 as a partner.
Serge makes a significant contribution to the group’s development and develops People Transformation and Employee Experience expertise.
In 2018 Serge joined us as a Partner in the Operational StratOp community following the merger with weave.
