Xavier, 30 years of experience, with a Master’s Degree in Market Operations, began his career at Barclays by managing a back office of 80 FTEs. After 7 years in banking, he joined Unilog to manage migration programs, then worked for major consultants (PwC, Deloitte…) before doing strategy consulting at Gartner and returning to operations at Sopra.
He works on business and IT strategy, innovation, creation or optimization of entities, project portfolio management, auditing and recovery of structures or programs in difficulty and their sourcing.
