Alexiane joined onepoint in 2022 as a management consultant. After having explored Europe and Latin America through her previous professional experiences, she decided to land in Australia. Consultant for more than 2 years, she’s been working for various industries and companies sizes, supporting them on their strategic projects. Alexiane intervened from the early stages to the end of projects: co-creation of the vision, design of decision-making tools, support of change, and project management. Driven by her curiosity and energy, Alexiane loves to discover and learn new things. Her current project is to learn to play the cello and she might soon start to take a surfing class in Bondi. Always up for activities and travels, she craves to explore Australian places and lifestyles more!

If you were to start a business tomorrow, what would it be?

Alexiane – “Permaculture in urban areas, to make the cities’ streets and rooftops more stable in terms of temperature, to develop short-circuit food distribution and to optimise spaces in a 3D vision. – Yet, I still need to learn how to make a plant survive for more than 2 weeks in my flat… ”

A hidden talent?

Alexiane – “She can survive in a swamp for some days by building a floatable boat, making fire with two wood sticks and eating insects and plants.”
