Catherine joined onepoint Australia in 2023 as a performance and change consultant. After obtaining her master’s degree in applied economics, Catherine has gained experience for over 10 years in consulting and project management. She has managed projects from strategic advisory to implementation in multiple industries such as banking, manufacturing, diamonds and FMCG. With a large part of her career focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, her passion lies in making the lives of her clients easier. She puts emphasis on co-delivery and knowledge transfer through training and coaching.
Originally from Belgium, she moved to the Netherlands but has called Sydney home since 2018. Catherine really enjoys the outdoors and active lifestyle in Australia. You can find her at the beach, hiking, running or at F45 in her free time. She is always up for a new challenge and for fun with friends. Recently she started ocean swimming and is giving (abstract) painting a go.
If you were to start a business tomorrow, what would it be?
Catherine – “I would love to start a business that organizes community dining experiences where people can connect and meet a diverse range of people whilst enjoying a healthy meal!”

Catherine – “I am an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.”
