Cecile joined onepoint Singapore as a project manager. Graduated with a master degree in IT engineering, Cecile has been managing various IT projects for more than 10 years in industries such as telecommunications, car industry, banking and finance sector across different countries (France, Argentina, Kazakhstan…). Few years ago, she decided to study Human Factors with Design thinking approach because she had heard users complaining about the poor user experience of IT solutions so many times.
Since she joined onepoint, Cecile have had the chance to combine her engineering & psychology background to deliver digital projects, improving and adapting technology to customers’ behaviours and needs.
Born in Paris, raised in the South of France, Cecile lived in Central Asia and is currently living in Singapore. She is a very outdoor person: she loves hiking, climbing, bouldering, paragliding… Cecile never misses the chance to discover and learn something new with her two sons everyday – life is too short to waste opportunities!
If you were to start a business tomorrow, what would it be?
Cecile – Most probably in Tech for Good. I’m entirely convinced that technology has a role to play in improving sustainability and influencing more eco-friendly behaviours.
A hidden talent?
Cecile – Good sense of direction – I can usually find my way around new places, where we can’t rely on technology such as in the middle Northern Tien-Shan Mountains (in Kazakhstan), in a Cuban moist forest, in the wilderness of Lapland…
