Onepoint franchit le seuil de 10 % du capital d’Atos

Onepoint déclare avoir franchi à la hausse, le 8 décembre 2023, le seuil de 10 % du capital d’Atos et détenir à ce jour 11,4% du capital et des droits de vote de la société.
Onepoint has crossed the 10% threshold in Atos’ share capital on December 8th, 2023, and now holds 11.4% of the company’s share capital and voting rights.

L’augmentation de la participation de Onepoint s’inscrit dans sa logique d’actionnaire de référence d’Atos dans une vision long terme.

Onepoint est pleinement engagé pour développer les complémentarités des deux groupes dans les domaines du cloud, de l’intelligence artificielle, et de la décarbonation, c’est dans cette perspective qu’un accord de coopération avec Atos a été signé le 7 décembre 2023.

Onepoint crosses the 10% ownership threshold in Atos

Onepoint has crossed the 10% threshold in Atos’ share capital on December 8th, 2023, and now holds 11.4% of the company’s share capital and voting rights.

This stake increase is in line with Onepoint long-term strategy as an anchor shareholder of Atos.

Onepoint is fully committed to developing the complementarities between the two groups in the fields of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and decarbonization. In line with this ambition, a cooperation agreement was signed with Atos on December 7th, 2023.
