Our process consultants handle Value Stream Mapping, while our technology experts deploy low code/no code and RPA solutions. We view organisations through a framework of three core systems: System of Record (ERP solutions like SAP), System of Engagement (CRM solutions like SalesForce), and System of Insights (Business Intelligence solutions like Snowflake). A new System, the Systems of Workflow, is emerging, allowing businesses to build custom workflows on top of these core systems. We assist clients in harnessing the potential of Systems of Workflow, from educating power users to establishing Centers of Excellence and governance. Addressing the dual challenge of tech skill shortages and digital acceleration, we advocate for a standalone digital organisation combined with an employee upskilling framework. This approach starts with a blended team of client and onepoint employees, who are then upskilled through Ecole Onepoint’s extensive training programs. We support the transition by replacing consultants with trained internal staff, enabling organisations to thrive with enhanced capabilities and innovative solutions.
