Addressing the dual challenge of tech skill shortages and digital acceleration, we advocate for a standalone digital organisation combined with an employee upskilling framework. This approach starts with a blended team of client and onepoint employees, who are then upskilled through Ecole Onepoint’s extensive training programs. We support the transition by replacing consultants with trained internal staff, enabling organisations to thrive with enhanced capabilities and innovative solutions.
