KL TechHub, a « de luxe » nearshore tech capability
Onepoint KL TechHub was launched in early 2023 with offices in KLCC, at the centre of the CBD.
Kuala Lumpur was the clear choice because of its location in Southeast Asia, pool of technical talent, multilingualism, English proficiency, and excellent quality of life. The KL TechHub has a multi-disciplinary team of tech professionals, whose mission is to deliver “haute couture” solutions to major clients, focusing on software & data engineering, UX/UI design, solution architecture and technical project management.
Kuala Lumpur is the right choice for onepoint and our customers as the local talent is in tune with our cultural values – collaboration, autonomy and continuous learning – and the time zone allows for follow-the-sun work with other Onepoint TechHubs in Bordeaux and Montreal.

Our KL TechHub employees are empowered like any other onepoint employee around the world. As we are structured in globval/regional communities and tribes of expertise, a number of our KL employees are today in charge of APAC tribes.
Our engagement models
The KL TechHub covers both the staff augmentation and squad needs. The diagram below describes variations of the engagement model. It includes the “embassy” model where onepoint delivers from a customer dedicated space with a dedicated wifi network.
