A graduate of the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, Sébastien has been helping key account clients define and implement their digital transformation for more than 15 years.
Sébastien began his career at Accenture on major business transformation projects with the implementation of ERP and CRM technology solutions, mainly in the industrial and utilities sectors. From 2017, he is in charge of customer experience technology activities for France & Benelux.
Passionate about topics of experience, innovation and technology, he joined Onepoint in 2019 to become a partner in 2021.
