The Onepoint group acquires IN-IT, ServiceNow Partner of the Year (EMEA 2022), to accelerate its clients’ transformation through agentic AI-powered processes.

At a time when artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing business management, Onepoint has acquired IN-IT, awarded ServiceNow Partner of the Year in 2022 in the EMEA region, in order to provide its clients with agentic systems and AI-assisted processes. With this acquisition, Onepoint is strengthening its ability to integrate AI into its customers’ business processes. This move falls within the scope of Onepoint’s strategic plan announced in January: to become an AI European leader, supported by strategic partnerships with leading technology platforms, and thus more than double its revenue by 2029.

Onepoint and IN-IT: new synergies in an AI-driven market

In a rapidly expanding market, where only 15% of companies are currently equipped with enterprise service management (ESM) solutions whilst 60% express a desire to deploy them, the potential for growth is tremendous. this context, ServiceNow, currently representings a $100 billion market, aims to double this value within three years, supported by the rise of AI and the productivity gains it generates.

This acquisition increases Onepoint’s execution capacity, thanks to a dedicated team of 100 experts with operational skills in ServiceNow integration, as well as an expertise in strategic consulting and AI. Based in Paris, Dijon, and Toulouse, this team is ready to support its clients in France and abroad with annual growth target of more than 30% in the deployment of the ServiceNow.

This growth ambition is supported by market’s evolution, in which AI-powered intelligent systems are revolutionizing business processes and management. In light of this, ServiceNow announced a €3 billion+ investment to natively integrate AI into its solutions. This momentum resonates with Onepoint’s AI strategy, which combines its cutting-edge technological expertise, in-depth knowledge of vertical and functional business processes, and its ability to manage the complexity of human organizations. With this new acquisition, Onepoint is positioning itself as a leading player in driving AI and agentic transformations for its customers.

IN-IT, specialist in ServiceNow integration

Elected Service Now Partner of the Year 2022 in the EMEA region, IN-IT has historically positioned itself across the entire value chain of enterprise processes and has developed a strategic expertise in AI in recent years. With 11 years of experience and more than 80 certifications, IN-IT supports its clients, 90% of which are CAC40 companies, in the implementation of ESM solutions. Today, the company, based in Dijon with offices in Paris and Toulouse, shows a double-digit growth and has found a new partner in Onepoint to industrialize its expertise.
