Solution
We conducted a Design Fiction exercise by creating a fictitious Deeptech company for the 5th edition of the “Business Summit”. The event involved facilitating a debate on the dangers of air pollution and imagining positive-impact solutions.Outcome
- 350 experts engaged and raised awareness.
- 20 solutions were imagined.
Solution
We developed a custom coaching program for the teams, which included workshops focused on user needs mapping, defining the value proposition, analyzing competitors, and developing solutions. Additionally, we provided specific support on UX and UI design to ensure the prototype was both functional and user-friendly.Outcome
The first start-up was officially launched with a functional service and initial results. A second start-up is currently in the process of being launched. In total, 120 employees have been supported across these initiatives. In mid-2015, a strategic reflection was launched to define the company’s future over the next five years. The project kicked off with employees in early 2016, resulting in a customer-centric vision and an organizational restructuring based on new core values.
Solution
We supported management in developing the new strategy, ensuring it aligned with the company’s long-term vision. Additionally, we trained 60 internal change agents on how to facilitate collaborative seminars.
Outcome
8,000 employees were actively involved in the seminars. A management tool guide was created, continuously enriched by employees with 80 different tools now available for use across the organization.
