Our AI approach

How is artificial intelligence experienced at Onepoint?

Our manifesto

  • A realistic, committed, and deeply human vision

Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming organizations and reshaping the rules of competitiveness. At Onepoint, it is becoming a sustainable lever for performance, professional growth, and collective responsibility.

  • What we promise

We are committed to deploying practical artificial intelligence, grounded in real business contexts and delivering measurable value, supported by responsible guidance and sustained work on data, change management, and team maturity.

For nearly 25 years, we have supported our clients through major technological shifts, from mobile to cloud, from data to hybrid work. For us, and always, technology does not replace people, it enhances them. This reality applies just as much to artificial intelligence today.

Bertrand Baret, Deputy CEO and COO at Onepoint

AI embedded in our model

AI is transforming the way we work across all dimensions. This cross-functional approach is built on concrete actions implemented across all our teams.

Measure

The AI Readiness Check

Launched in January 2026, this self-assessment allows us to measure AI usage, needs, and levels of proficiency across teams, in order to guide tailored and evolving learning paths.

Experiment

A lab-driven approach

Before scaling, we experiment. Our internal initiatives serve as our first testing ground. Understand, test, adjust, then scale, to implement artificial intelligence designed as a long-term accelerator before offering it to our clients.

Frame

An ethical and sustainable approach

We actively integrate the societal, anthropological, and environmental dimensions of artificial intelligence. Our approach is grounded in transparency, responsible usage, and long-term accountability.

Train

Training for everyone

Our teams have been trained in AI usage through a program that brings together all our areas of expertise within L’école. Our ambition is clear: 100 percent of our people will be “AI and agentic-ready” and equipped to continue building their skills in 2026.

In a market where artificial intelligence sometimes tends to limit access to junior roles by automating them, we see the opposite. We value junior talent who, through their command of AI tools, explore new use cases, innovate faster, and create value early in their careers.

How AI enhances recruitment

For a sharper, more human, more transparent process

With the volume of applications doubling compared to last year, we leveraged AI to optimize our recruitment processes and automate certain tasks, allowing our teams to focus on candidate relationships.

Fully integrated AI simulations

Candidates now complete a practical case that integrates AI and aligns with their role. The evaluation focuses less on the final outcome and more on reasoning, analysis, and effective use of tools.

In addition, EnigmIA, our immersive AI-based game already used in our recruitment campaigns, allows us to assess cognitive agility, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with artificial intelligence.
