Ethical Business Conduct

We conduct our business with honesty and integrity, in full compliance with laws, regulations, and our established Code of Conduct.

We expect all our partners to adhere to these same principles.

Our commitment is reflected through our internal systems and practices, including the implementation of an anti-corruption framework and training for our employees.

Anti-corruption measures include risk mapping, a code of conduct, policies on gifts and hospitality, conflict of interest prevention, and more.

We have procedures in place to evaluate and assess risks related to our third-party clients and suppliers.

Our anti-corruption training program is designed to strengthen our employees’ ability to detect and prevent situations that could compromise the integrity of the company’s activities.

We have a whistleblowing system in place that allows anyone to raise concerns about our business conduct or report unethical behavior without fear of retaliation.

The RESET Ethical Charter sets out the code of conduct that the group has established, as well as the behaviors we cannot tolerate—particularly those that undermine the well-being of our employees or the integrity of our operations. It also aims to ensure that the group’s activities are conducted legally and in full respect of integrity principles.

  • Responsible Purchasing and Supplier Relations Charter
