Social Responsability

Every individual should be able to carry out their work in an environment that respects their identity, choices, physical and mental health, and safety—within a culture of kindness and equality that allows everyone to feel good and thrive at work.
This commitment to well-being in the workplace is especially important to us, and we have developed numerous initiatives to support it.

Our commitments: promoting diversity, equality, social dialogue, and well-being at work.

  • STRENGTHEN

    our social link

  • DEVELOP

    all of our talents

  • IMPROVE

the well-being and quality of work for everyone

  • ACT

    for greater equality and diversity

We implement several measures to improve well-being at work, such as organizational flexibility, proximity management, innovative and pleasant workspaces, and internal activities. Our culture values continuous feedback, peer recognition, and the acknowledgment of achievements. We offer competitive salaries, generous social benefits, and opportunities for professional growth, while maintaining a work-life balance through telecommuting policies. As a learning and innovative company, we encourage knowledge sharing and continuous skill development to address the digital and human transformations of our society.

We place people at the heart of our actions, with balance as a core principle. We believe that the diversity of profiles, a source of variety and complementarity, is the foundation of social justice and a driver of performance.

We actively support the solidarity initiatives of our teams and have implemented a global framework to support these projects: the “Equality and Diversity” mission. This collective focuses on four main areas: gender equality, LGBT+ inclusion, social economy and solidarity initiatives, and disability inclusion.

We continually develop partnerships to promote diversity and inclusion, while raising awareness among talent about these issues, creating a culture of openness, tolerance, and mutual acceptance. We have signed charters such as the Diversity Charter, the 1000 Women in Tech Charter, and the LGBT+ Commitment Charter of L’Autre Cercle.

We are also committed to the employment of people with disabilities, with agreements signed in 2019 and renewed in 2024, as well as for the inclusion of individuals over 50 since 2023.

Our professional equality index is 93/100, broken down as follows:

  • Compensation: 39/40
  • Difference in individual salary increases: 20/20
  • Difference in promotion rates: 15/15
  • Salary increases upon return from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Number of underrepresented gender among the 10 highest salaries: 5/10

  • We place the utmost importance on protecting the physical and mental health of our talents, as well as their safety. We maintain close collaboration with the members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), proximity representatives, the SSCT Commission, and occupational health services to ensure that each talent receives a health assessment, defines and implements any necessary adaptations, and prevents risk factors. We provide a free and anonymous listening service for any talent who may need dedicated psychological support.

  • We are committed to respecting the OECD Guidelines on Human Rights in all the countries where we operate.

  • Diversity and non-discrimination, respect for neutrality, dignity, and freedom of opinion are core values upheld by Onepoint. Any form of discrimination, whether based on national or ethnic origin, skin color, religion, political opinions, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability, is not tolerated.

  • We recognize and respect the right of our talents to freely express themselves in a respectful and professional manner, to establish or join a union, and to be represented by employee representatives in discussions between management and colleagues.

Promoting diversity in the workplace is a source of wealth and a powerful lever for innovation. At Onepoint, we work towards inclusion by providing the necessary tools to ensure that no one is left behind, and that this diversity can be a strength to drive our business forward.
