FDJ tests AI WIN, a generative AI assistant designed to support its employees.

FDJ partners with Onepoint to launch a pilot of AI WIN, a generative artificial intelligence assistant designed to support employees in their day-to-day activities.

France’s leading gaming operator and one of the global leaders in the sector, La Française des Jeux (FDJ) offers a broad and responsible range of games, including lottery, sports betting, horse racing bets, and poker.

Onepoint is supporting FDJ’s Data & AI department in building its AI strategy, as well as in piloting and deploying AI tools.

As part of this initiative, Onepoint developed AI WIN—a customized version of Neo, Onepoint’s 100% secure generative AI assistant—specifically for FDJ, and is now supporting a pilot of the tool.

Generative AI is a key area of focus for FDJ, both in terms of innovation, security, and building employees’ digital skills. The project involves multiple stakeholders: IT, HR, Legal, Information Security, Data, and Ethics teams.

The pilot aims to identify high-value use cases, measure the impact of generative AI on various business functions, and define a broader strategy for equipping employees with AI tools.

Leveraging Neo is a true accelerator for FDJ. We bring them proven experience in technology choices and best development practices. It’s also an opportunity for FDJ to take ownership of AI WIN’s future development—extending its capabilities and engaging internal teams in the process.

We’re delighted to be piloting this tool within the FDJ Group. This project is the result of ongoing dialogue and close collaboration with Onepoint to integrate AI WIN into our organization. This generative AI solution, serving efficiency and innovation, fits perfectly within our strategy and strengthens our position in digital and data.

Ensuring Data Security

The use of unapproved market tools—known as “shadow IT” or “shadow AI”—does not meet FDJ’s security requirements.

That’s why, as part of this pilot, defining an AI strategy focused on data security and the relevance of business use cases is a key priority for employee adoption.

FDJ chose the secure Neo solution to create a customized version aligned with its brand ecosystem: AI WIN.

Available on both desktop and mobile, AI WIN is currently being piloted by 300 FDJ employees. They can interact with the conversational assistant in a fully secure environment and also access a shared prompt library to exchange best practices.

As part of this pilot, we support a sample group of employees in their daily use to ensure a gradual increase in skills and a solid understanding of how to use the tool. In doing so, we create the right conditions for the adoption of these technologies, while ensuring the security of the company’s information.

A generative AI assistant for all

Depending on the results of the pilot, AI WIN could be progressively rolled out across FDJ, giving all employees the opportunity to benefit from generative AI in a responsible and secure way.

After just one month of experimentation, early feedback shows strong user satisfaction, with over 70% reporting time savings on the tested use cases.

The launch of the AI WIN pilot marks an important milestone in our partnership with FDJ. We’re proud to support the Group in staying at the forefront of AI. It’s also a great example of how we deploy our AI assistant, Neo, for our clients—tailored to their needs and always 100% secure.
