When you are in charge of a Product organization within a large private or public organization, you share the same passion for Product Management as your peers in scale-ups and startups… but your challenges and issues are very different! How do you transform and grow Product skills within your teams and the IT department? How do you manage the relationship with stakeholders, shift from cost-driven management to ROI-driven management, and infuse the Product culture beyond our team? These are challenges specific to large private and public organizations, where we need to exchange ideas, find solutions that work in our environments, and learn from each other. That’s why we created the ProductInCorp Club. The mission of our club: to support each other in growing Product Management within large private and public organizations. Join us to meet, learn, and exchange with peers who understand you, and help spread Product Management across large private and public organizations.

Meet, Learn, and Exchange with Peers Who Understand You

It’s often a lonely journey when trying to introduce and grow Product Management practices within large private and public organizations. You’re often confronted with barriers that seem insurmountable! We created the ProductInCorp Club to help you meet and connect with peers who face the same challenges, who fully understand your situation, to find solutions that work in environments similar to yours, and to give you visibility in the Product space.

Our Key Actions to Support Our Members

Each month, members of the ProductInCorp Club—all Product Execs within large private and public organizations—choose a theme to explore in a private peer workshop. In these workshops, accessible both in-person and remotely, members openly share their challenges and solutions that have worked in their environments. Subject-matter experts join to provide additional insights. These sessions cover a wide range of topics, from engaging decision-makers to transforming the product organization, developing product culture, negotiating the product organization’s budget, and addressing the attraction, development, and retention of product talent in large private and public organizations. And this is just the beginning, as many other exciting topics are in our backlog, ready to be explored! We’ve also considered our members with busy exec roles who may not always be able to attend: a summary of learnings is shared with everyone after each workshop. Outside of these workshops, if you need quick advice, you can connect at any time with other club members in complete confidence via our private LinkedIn group. Additionally, we also organize open events to showcase your achievements and those of your teams, giving more visibility to our wonderful world of Product in large private and public organizations! For example, in November 2023, we hosted the first open event for all CPOs in France, focusing on a key topic: “CPO x Decision-Maker: How to Successfully Collaborate on Product Strategy?” Other major public events are planned to further highlight ProductInCorp!

A Supportive Club Designed For and By Its Members

When we launched in April 2023, we worked with founding members to define the mindset of ProductInCorp—collaboration, usefulness, listening, transparency, and visibility—as well as its mission: to collectively grow Product Management in large private and public organizations. Since then, over 35 Product Execs from large private and public organizations have joined and are helping each other expand Product Management in our environments.

How to Join the Club?

If you are a Product Exec within a large private or public organization, contact us to join the ProductInCorp Club. We will schedule a meeting to understand your expectations and what you wish to contribute, after which your membership request will be submitted for validation by the club members.
