Onepoint and Claranet have been selected by the CAIH

Claranet and Onepoint have been selected by the CAIH (Central Purchasing Agency for Hospital IT), which gathers approximately 2,000 members, to provide infrastructure transformation services for hosting in a secure trusted private cloud (Lot 1) or for hosting in the Amazon Web Services environment (Lot 3), as part of the renewal of the contract dedicated to the hosting of health data (HDS).

This 4-year framework agreement aims to offer a range of value-added services such as cloud hosting strategy consulting, support for obtaining HDS certification, and the design or strengthening of infrastructure capacities. It is part of a rapidly evolving healthcare information system context, where the increasing criticality demands high levels of availability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The combined expertise and know-how of Claranet and Onepoint will address the complexity and significant disparity of technological environments within hospital groups (GHTs) and provide secure managed services and private and public cloud hosting solutions (AWS).

Claranet works with the largest publishers in the healthcare market and masters all the components of hospital information systems (HIS). A historical player in this ecosystem, Claranet was one of the first certified HDS hosting providers in 2018. Today, the company supports over 400 healthcare clients (care facilities, hospital groups, mutual insurance companies, laboratories, research institutes, etc.) and has significant experience in several complete healthcare IT outsourcing projects.

This selection by the CAIH is a recognition of Claranet’s technical expertise in managed services and Onepoint’s digital strategic consulting. The two companies offer comprehensive solutions for healthcare facilities, ensuring 24/7 operational security.

“We are proud to provide our technological expertise to a purchasing organization like the CAIH, contributing to the digital transformation of its members by offering them a wide range of services, solutions, and outsourced infrastructures that they can rely on for the execution of their internal projects,” says Christelle Pointreau, BU Healthcare Director, Claranet.

“We have a pool of technological, business, and functional expertise that allows us to support CAIH members in their use of cloud services in an HDS (Health Data Hosting) configuration, across the entire country and in all areas of the healthcare sector,” says Myriam Reynaud, Partner for Healthcare & Public Sector.
