Creation of a responsive web portal for a financing bank partner of local authorities

Context and need

The "public group at the service of the general interest and the economic development of the country"." was responsible for the creation of the "Banque", the purpose of which is to provide administrative and financial logistics to local authorities.

The creation of a responsive web portal very quickly proved to be indispensable.

Solution

In 3 months, onepoint designed the end-user experience through the implementation of various consulting services in digital performance and information architecture facilitating access to and maintenance of the services.

Result

The new Drupal-based portal of the Banque was born with a clean design, an efficient experience based on a segmentation of the actors, a contextualization of information and a search engine helping partners to easily identify offers and services.

 

 

BIM-related services to address valuation and performance issues throughout the lifecycle of buildings

Context and need

In order to offer solutions that meet the new needs of the building trade, the start-up has commissioned onepoint to create a brand new BIM application for document management of visas and visa circuits coupled with their 3D building visualization tool.

Solution

The project was led and driven by a series of Design Thinking and Information Architecture workshops with business users and business owners, and resulted in the design of a new application incorporating existing solutions and proposing new user paths and interfaces.

Result

Onepoint then accompanied the company in the presentation of their new BIM platform at BIM World through an Experience Journey Map workshop and the creation of slides associated with graphic facilitation highlighting its efficiency and ease of use.

 

 

Innovation coaching for an electronics group specialized in the aerospace industry

Context and need

As part of an Innovation Hub Global Business the company mandated onepoint to carry out a coaching mission for 35 innovation teams / projects. The objective is to prepare each team for its passage before a Jury that will select 10 of the 35 teams.

Solution

Thanks to its capacity in innovation coaching, onepoint brought together 12 coaches to provide "intrapreneurial" support for 6 months so that each innovation team could create its own value proposition. This support has resulted in numerous Design Thinking and Strategy workshops.

Result

The service resulted in the creation by each team of an Investor Kit including a market study, the problems and target clients, a study of the wider competition and levers. Compared to the past years, the organizers of the initiative have perceived a great improvement.
