Consolidation of application maintenance activities for the European leader in gas transport

Contexte et besoin

The French number 1 in gas transportation has chosen onepoint to verticalize its maintenance activities over a perimeter of more than 200 applications grouped into 9 technological zones. This verticalization is being carried out in a context of agile transformation of the IT department.

Redesign of the online shop of a French telecommunications operator

Context and need

7th most visited French site with 12M visitors per month, the operator entrusted onepoint with the complete overhaul of its online store in order to offer a completely new digital experience, in line with the group strategy and supported by irreproachable technical performance.

Solution

Our Design Agency and Software Factory eXperience offers were major assets in the success of this project. The close collaboration with the operator allowed us to understand the complexity of the project and to optimize the sales process within a high technical and SEO performance PWA application.

Résultat

Onepoint succeeded in delivering a completely redesigned online store in less than 10 months, implementing e-commerce best practices, optimized 1-click sales paths and improved loading times. Deployment in early 2020 is counting on KPIs increasing by 10 to 20%.
