As part of the withdrawal of a major French bank from a number of countries on the continent, we assisted 4 carve-out operations in Africa for the acquirers of this bank’s activities.

Solution

We mobilized our banking and IT expertise to ensure the scoping and execution of Day 1, then supported the implementation of targets through to Day 2.

Result

Smooth execution of the spin-off thanks to our knowledge of the banking industry, our cyber expertise and our implementation capacity.

To meet its strategic objectives, we assisted this player in defining its Information System Master Plan, including cybersecurity, to define the IT trajectory in terms of human and budgetary capabilities. We also supported the bank in defining its data strategy and roadmap, before implementing it.

Solution

After conducting an assessment, we developed the SDIS’s target and after that, its roadmap. Based on the data strategy, we worked on use cases and implemented 80% of the data platform.

Result

An operational data platform, and an effective target operating model thanks to the training of data teams.
