Case studies

As part of the implementation of the Group Data Policy, the IT & Telecom Services Department program aims to establish the new IT Data Operator activity within the DSIT, considering its context and the Group’s recommendations.

Solution

The solution consists of co-designing the ambitions of the new operator, defining the target organizational model and the necessary skills, identifying the most valuable use cases, and testing the model through real-world data valorization use cases.

Result

The expected outcome includes the description of the operator’s function, the modification of DSIT governance to integrate the Data dimension, the construction of the target operational model and organizational structure for IT data valorization projects, as well as the definition and deployment of the necessary processes.

The Architecture and Infrastructure Department (DAI) of the bank’s IT division is responsible for designing the technical foundations (network, security, applications) and integrating business applications onto these platforms.
