Case studies

Following a strategic pre-framework, Onepoint was commissioned to provide project management support for the definition and construction of the target solution for the new ERP.

The challenges were to :

  • The definition of a target solution aligned with current and future needs, favoring adoption rather than adaptation of the solution,
  • The construction of new functional modules around financial and merchandise planning,
  • The definition of target processes in a cross-functional logic covering management, purchasing and store operations,
  • Change management support to anticipate and manage organizational impacts,

Onepoint was asked to support a major player in the Energy sector in upgrading SAP ISU & SAP CRM, the General Management’s strategic ERP for billing all its customers.

Solution

  • Framing of the platform upgrade project,
  • Support as project manager and responsible for overall delivery,
  • Management and synchronization of all teams involved in the project: integrator teams, internal IT teams, partners and business teams (for a total of over 150 consultants involved throughout the project),
  • Management of an ambitious schedule to limit the impact of system downtime on billing activities.

Onepoint was commissioned by an agri-food company to secure the launch, progress, understanding and appropriation of the changes linked to its transformation program, which included a business component (to equip itself with high-performance, better-shared business processes) and an IT component (to modernize an obsolete ERP that no longer met the Group’s development strategy). This SAP S/4HANA ERP deployment program meets 4 major challenges:
