Case studies
We supported the client in identifying CSR actions to highlight in the customer and advisor journeys, as well as the associated methods of recognition.
Approach
The approach involved detailing the customer and advisor journeys, identifying CSR actions to highlight and their corresponding recognition methods, and selecting and validating ideas to showcase these actions. We also created a map to define virtuous behaviors in housing, shared the mapping results, and identified incentives that could respond to these behaviors. Finally, we selected, validated, and finalized the most relevant concepts.
Result
The result was the identification of pertinent recognition actions and their implementation methods, as well as the development of a concept to encourage clients towards virtuous behaviors, detailing the mechanism and deployment milestones.
We supported the client in designing a new range of parking canopies to complement their offering while complying with new regulations in the building market.
Approach
The approach began with a collaborative design process: an inspiration and ideation workshop around three macro-concepts, bringing together all stakeholders. We facilitated the design process and prototyping, formalizing a Design Brief, conducting interviews with mobilized experts, identifying key success criteria, contributing to an exploration booklet, co-designing three macro-concepts, conducting a macro-economic positioning study, and preparing a presentation for the executive committee.
Result
A quick positioning in a rapidly developing market to comply with French regulations.
A unique product, identifiable and differentiating, both for the client’s own projects and eventually for a much broader market.
