This postal services company is one of the oldest in France. With its extensive experience, it has always managed to adapt, staying competitive and appealing to customers, even diversifying significantly when necessary. Today, this same drive for adaptability extends to its data management.
Struggling with data accessibility issues, its teams faced challenges in effectively addressing emerging needs. To overcome these obstacles, multiple Data Marts and data silos were developed, solving local problems but exacerbating issues related to data ownership and consistency.
