Case studies

Supporting the mutual social protection organization, which launched the NEO program to implement the Graphtalk AIA solution in response to its IT modernization challenges.

Solution

We consolidated all activities related to test management, functional test design and execution, test automation, performance testing, system integration, and business process automation.

Result

Testing activities were taken over across all projects using the solution. A team was scaled up to include 2 integrators, 23 testers, and 7 RPA developers, with the creation of 30 robots covering retirement and personal insurance process areas.

Following a “Testing” audit conducted by Onepoint in 2018, the Group sought to define a “Quality” Roadmap for 2019 in order to realign with current testing methods and trends.

Solution

Interviews were conducted with stakeholders from projects impacted by testing. An analysis of the existing setup and its challenges was carried out, followed by a gap analysis. Several initiatives were proposed and sequenced to reach the target organization, including cost estimates for both implementation and additional resource needs.

Result

Four main focus areas were identified: test organization, agile testing and shift-left model, test automation, and tool simplification. Nineteen initiatives were defined, including unit testing. Objectives were planned and tracked on a quarterly basis.
