Our offerings
Product Management and Product Transformation
We design and implement Product Transformation at scale within organizations and operate across all Product roles—Proxy Product Owner, Product Owner, and Product Manager—throughout the different phases of a product’s lifecycle (Framing, Discovery, Delivery, Growth).
Product Acculturation, Training & Mentoring
Our expertise in Product Management enables us to support the upskilling of individuals and teams through acculturation events, training programs, and mentoring initiatives.
Product Management Data
Thanks to our experts with dual expertise in Data and Product, we offer a hybrid approach to Product Management—viewed either through the lens of “data as a product” or as a generalist product that fully integrates data challenges and enables value-driven management.
Product Management – UX & Accessibility
Our hybrid Product Owners with User eXperience expertise (PO-UX) ensure a user-centered approach to product experience throughout the entire product lifecycle, with particular attention to Digital Accessibility.
Product Business Modeling
Product Business Modeling focuses on balancing the economic viability of products with the user experience, not only during the Discovery phase but also throughout Delivery and Growth.
Product Marketplace & Digital Platform
Applying Product Management practices (Discovery, MVP, Growth) to transactional platforms and marketplaces helps reduce the economic uncertainty of these complex initiatives by prioritizing business value.
Case studies
Context and Need
The goal was to create a platform that connects housing applicants, social landlords, and businesses. The platform should be simple and user-friendly, allowing for the publication of available properties, the creation of social housing applications and submissions, case management with decision-support tools, and tracking of employee housing requests as part of a partnering business.
Solution
We digitalized the business, transitioning from paper-based processes to an online format. Workshops were conducted with business stakeholders and users to define requirements. We defined an MVP, followed by development and product launch. The solution was tested to iterate and propose new features that align with stakeholder needs.
Result
We identified user pain points through a UX approach, designing a product that meets users’ expectations and needs. We supported the definition of business requirements through a co-construction approach. A mature and functional team was deployed (2 PMs, 2 POs, 2 Agile PMOs, and 3 BAs), which quickly gained expertise and ensured timely delivery despite remote work constraints. Processes were established to ensure secure delivery of various product versions.
Context and Need
For a team responsible for ingesting, producing, and distributing content for an audiovisual media outlet, the goal was to completely overhaul an aging backoffice while expanding its functional scope.
Solution
A backoffice was developed using a Product approach:
The discovery phase involved workshops and user testing. The design phase was carried out with a design team and a sample of users. The production phase included demos and regular feedback sessions. The product launch phase included training for future users and setting up support.
Result
The tool was built by and for the future users. An agile approach enabled continuous product improvement. The production team was empowered to present their developments. There was a significant focus on optimizing the customer journey, resulting in an increase in the number of users and, consequently, the platform’s visibility.
Context and Need
We supported a major insurance company in deploying its Data strategy, particularly focusing on the Data Hub—a centralized and unified data platform intended to become the “single source of truth” for the company—and the development of a data-intensive application designed to perform real-time financial calculations across all systems within the company.
Solution
We implemented a Product Management approach and set up a Product Office (8 Squads and 11 Products) around a Data product portfolio, managing risks related to timelines and quality while maximizing business value delivery. This was achieved through Lean UX, Design Thinking, and Data Thinking methodologies.
Additionally, we handled Change & Community Management to ensure user and team engagement with new products and the organizational shift.
The product design and delivery of the MVP for the data-intensive application were also part of the solution.
The Onepoint team deployed included a Product Coach, Product Officer, Product Owners, Change Manager, and Community Manager.
Résultat
- Product Office: Defined the Product vision, identified Feature teams, built backlogs, created improvement action plans (from retrospectives), managed risks and release management, and supported change management.
- Delivered and built the MVP of the data-intensive application, with API integration.
