Case studies

Creation of an Innovation Acceleration Space for the Company
As part of the creation of its innovation acceleration space, the company sought to define a strong concept, both through its physical space and its value proposition.

Solution

The process included:

  • Observation, inspiration, and defining the value proposition and business model for the space.
  • Generation of the macro-zoning and development of two layout proposals.
  • Enrichment of concepts, micro-zoning, and a detailed proposal for the final layout.

Outcome

The result was the MEGALAB, an 800 m² space located in the 13th arrondissement, with a strong focus on employee experience. This space was designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.

International Digital Tour: Acculturating Executives to Emerging Technologies

The company organized an international digital tour aimed at acclimatizing executives to emerging technologies and testing digital business models. To animate this event, the group needed to present the eight selected topics in a pedagogical and engaging manner.

Solution

We developed two game concepts to facilitate this process: one focused on the platformization of services and associated business models, and the other designed to showcase use cases in IoT. We then prototyped six board games in English, including the packaging. Additionally, we provided training for the facilitation team to ensure a seamless experience during the digital tour.

Outcome

The result was DIGITAL PLATEFORM, a board game that lasts 30 minutes and can be played by 3 to 6 people, effectively demonstrating the power and efficiency of digital platforms. Additionally, IOT CHALLENGE, an electronic kit where participants must solve a scenario-based problem using IoT technology, was created. These interactive formats helped the participants better understand the topics and made the digital tour a success.

Continuously Rethinking Value Proposition and Projecting Strategy into the Future. The group continuously redefines its value proposition and seeks to project its strategy into the future. The design sprint method allows for making significant progress toward a future target in just a few days.

Solution

We defined 6 strategic topics and collected relevant information to prepare use cases. The process involved designing 24 days of workshops using the design thinking methodology. We then facilitated the design sprints to ensure the process was collaborative, focused, and productive.

Outcome

We successfully executed 6 design sprints, each lasting 4 days, across two continents with the participation of 4 geographical entities. These sessions enabled the company to make substantial strides toward its strategic objectives, driving alignment and innovation across its global teams.
