- A dedicated team, composed of experts and legal advisors, is tasked with ensuring the regular control and evaluation of internal policies and procedures, as well as the commitments made to our clients. This team supports Onepoint on projects such as cybersecurity, data protection, ethics, anti-corruption efforts, and RESET initiatives globally, aiming to identify future challenges and new regulations applicable to the company.
- Since 2018, we have been ISO 27001 certified for all our sites in France. As part of this, in 2022, we initiated a complementary process to audit the maturity level of all our security processes through the Cybervadis assessment, a subsidiary of Ecovadis.
- Aware of the importance of ensuring the confidentiality of personal data, we are committed, within the scope of our activities and in compliance with applicable legislation in France and Europe, to safeguarding, maintaining confidentiality, and securing personal data, as well as respecting privacy in line with GDPR policies.
- We promote a Responsible Digital approach by signing the Responsible Digital Charter. This charter encompasses a set of values and principles aimed at ensuring that digital technologies are developed, used, and managed in a way that has a positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy, while adhering to ethical and sustainability standards.
- After obtaining B Corp certification at the end of 2022, we have set a goal to define a clear path to reduce emissions in line with the Paris Agreement, committing to a science-based trajectory through the “Science-Based Target initiative” (SBTi).
- The RESET approach, which we share with our talents and all stakeholders, advocates for the use of technology with a positive impact on both humanity and the environment. This translates into integrating human values and principles from the design phase of technological tools and avoiding the reproduction of societal biases.
- We are committed to e-accessibility and aim to make our communication tools accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of their visual, motor, or cognitive abilities.
- Attentive to the challenges of platformization and the rapid deployment of artificial intelligence, we are committed to ethical development practices to promote a “virtuous” and trustworthy AI.
- We are accelerating in this area by becoming the first French consulting company to create the position of Chief AI Officer, responsible for structuring and leading a comprehensive AI roadmap.
