Onepoint acquires NATEA Consulting

According to David Layani, Founder and CEO of onepoint, “this acquisition is fully in line with our business and technological expertise development strategy. It will help to position the group as a leader in enterprise architecture within the next five years.

This new milestone for onepoint, which employs close to 2,000 people, forms part of its qualitative external growth strategy and reinforces its positioning in the field of high added-value consulting services.

The founders, Dan Ouaki and Lionel Vaturi, underline the complementary nature of the two companies’ clients and offers, as well as the advantages in terms of an exchange of best practices: “joining onepoint is an opportunity for us to help form an integrated whole for the benefit of our clients. It was also an obvious decision; Onepoint is very similar to us in terms of its values, demanding quality and spirit of openness.
