Onepoint group accelerates North America growth with the launch of Wepoint

Paris, September 30, 2025 – Onepoint group today announced a series of strategic initiatives to accelerate its growth in North America under its “Infinite Possibilities” strategic plan.

  • The launch of Wepoint, Onepoint group’s new proprietary brand dedicated to AI transformation in North America
  • The acquisition of Logient nventive, a Canadian leader in digital solutions and AI
  • The expansion of New York office, including new strategic hires

Together, these steps establish a stronger platform for Onepoint group’s international development and position Wepoint to become a leading AI transformation player by 2030.

A North American platform for AI-driven transformation

Following the acquisition of Logient nventive, Wepoint will unite more than 600 experts across Canada and the United States, combining Logient nventive’s 450 specialists with Onepoint’s 150 Montreal-based team. Wepoint is targeting 1,500 AI experts and $250 million in revenues within five years, supported by partnerships with global cloud-native providers including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and UiPath.

The initiative to grow its North American business is part of the new “Infinite Possibilities” strategic plan unveiled by David Layani, President and Founder of Onepoint group, focused on accelerating the firm’s international development and further strengthening its expertise in AI.

Bolstered capabilities in Canada

With $76.5 million revenues in 2024 and a strong client base across banking, energy, financial services, and industrials, Logient nventive provides a strong foundation for Wepoint’s continued growth on the AI-driven transformation market in the region. Its CEO, Vincent Godcharles, will become president of Wepoint Canada, and will be supported by a senior team of partners, focused on accelerating the brand’s expansion.

Strengthened international corporate governance and expanded US presence

The group has strengthened its corporate governance with the appointment of Ashish Kumar (formerly Microsoft, Avanade) and Patrick Nicolet (formerly Capgemini) to its Board of Directors. Following the opening of its New York office in 2024, Wepoint is now entering a new phase of expansion with the onboarding of six new partners and senior executives, alongside the signing of an AI contract portfolio valued at $25 million in the banking and insurance sectors. This enhanced presence enables the firm to serve a transatlantic corporate client base across North America and the United Kingdom, in close coordination with its London office.
