By creating the Digital Experience Observatory with Harris Interactive, Onepoint has helped uncover consumers’ perceptions and expectations in their digital interactions with brands. In this context, more than 3,200 French consumers were surveyed to assess the digital experience quality of 78 companies across 6 sectors.

Digital interactions with brands are now part of consumers’ daily lives: more than 9 out of 10 individuals use digital channels for their exchanges with them. This highlights the importance of a successful digital experience in driving purchasing actions, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering consumer loyalty.
