La Bulle Verte rethinks its web offering for sustainable tourism

a Bulle Verte, a pioneering eco-station in low-carbon tourism, partners with Onepoint to rethink its strategy and digital offering. This collaboration aims to enhance the visibility of its eco-friendly services and enrich the user experience for a diverse audience.

Renforcer l'offre de La Bulle Verte pour un tourisme durable

La Bulle Verte, as an innovative eco-station dedicated to soft mobility, offers enriching and eco-friendly tourist itineraries. Founded by Frédéric Nau, Cyrielle Nau, and Olivier Pelisse, the concept emerged from their insights and experiences in the tourism sector through their receptive agency My Private French Travel and Green Spot. Over the past few years, they have observed the growing appeal of sustainable alternative tourism—known as “slow tourism”—which has gained even more traction among consumers due to the heightened environmental awareness brought about by the Covid-19 crisis. La Bulle Verte was thus designed to create ecosystems around tourist sites, encouraging visitors to extend their stay.

Established in December 2020 and incubated at Village by CA Aquitaine—a unique innovation accelerator for startups and regional businesses—La Bulle Verte emphasizes the discovery of local heritage and know-how through carefully designed routes that promote sustainable, low-carbon tourism.

Reinventing the customer experience

La Bulle Verte needed to make its offering more visible and easier to understand by highlighting its innovative and diverse tourist routes. The main challenge was to improve communication and the presentation of services in order to attract and engage a broader audience.

To address this, Onepoint’s teams stepped in to support La Bulle Verte through strategic thinking and a complete redesign of their website. Jessica Mathieu, designer at Onepoint, led a comprehensive usability audit of the existing site to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

This first phase revealed the key areas to focus on in order to enhance the user experience and increase the visibility of La Bulle Verte’s offering.

A highly challenging mission involving the creation of a new user journey and an experience centered around low-carbon mobility. This collaboration was both enriching and enjoyable, with a proactive and committed client.

A structured methodology to showcase the offering

Onepoint experts implemented a structured methodology to support La Bulle Verte. Following the initial audit, they conducted an in-depth immersion phase that included gathering user feedback and analyzing site statistics. This analysis helped define two main user journeys tailored to B2C needs.

Based on the collected insights, Onepoint designed detailed prototypes in the form of wireframes. These mockups were created to be tested and refined according to user feedback, with the goal of ensuring an optimal user experience.

The final objective is to make La Bulle Verte’s services more accessible and easier to understand, while showcasing its commitment to sustainable tourism.

I really appreciated the workshops organized by Onepoint. They helped us ask the right questions and clarify the messages we wanted to convey. The interviews conducted by Jessica to frame our needs were particularly insightful. They helped our team better understand our own offering and think more broadly about our strategy. This support was essential in structuring our thinking and moving forward effectively with our project.
