Patricia Beaumont is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Gestion de Paris and holds a postgraduate degree in International Business Law and Practice. Certified Master Black Belt and Agilist (CentraleSupélec), she has over 25 years of experience in operational consulting and organizational transformation.
She began her career in 1994 at Renault, within the Quality Institute, where she developed training programs and supported factories in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Quality. In 1999, she joined the British subsidiary of the Renault Institute for five years to strengthen her expertise in Lean Service, before returning to France to create and lead the Lean Service practice, deployed with major groups such as France Telecom, Engie, and Humanis.
She then moved into Lean Management, leading management seminars and steering strategic programs. In 2008, the Institute became Renault Nissan Consulting, where she took on the global management of Lean Service and Management consulting, working with numerous companies in a variety of sectors.
Recognized for her international experience and her ability to integrate the cultural challenges of transformation, Patricia supports numerous operational performance and change management programs for major players such as AIRBUS, SAFRAN, EDF, BNP Paribas, and ENGIE.
In 2019, she joined Eurogroup Consulting to develop the Operational Excellence division, before being co-opted as a Partner in 2020 and joining the Executive Committee. She leads cross-functional activities on performance and the mid-market.
At the same time, she contributes to the dissemination of best management practices, notably by co-developing a MOOC dedicated to Operational Excellence with ESSEC.
Patricia joined Onepoint in July 2025 as an Operational Strategy Partner.
