An alumnus of INSEAD, IAE Paris-Sorbonne, and ISEP, Xavier has over 30 years of experience in consulting and digital services.
Former Executive Director of Sogeti France, Xavier rose through the ranks at Capgemini, where, after heading up the Public Services & Transport and Banking and Insurance divisions in France, he most recently served as Executive Director of Sogeti France. There, he developed technological transformations and major programs for public and private sector players.
Committed to the challenges of digital sovereignty and resilience, he supports organizations in the design and implementation of high-impact transformations, combining strategic vision, operational excellence, and technological innovation.
As director of Numeum, Xavier is also heavily involved in the French and European digital ecosystem.
