Case Studies
Context & Need
To enhance customer experience, embody its strategic vision, and optimize sales journey transformation, the operator entrusted Onepoint with a complete overhaul of its online store and digital experience, built on a high-performance global architecture.
Solution
Three strategic directions were taken to ensure the project’s success:
- Co-designing the model with the operator using Design Thinking.
 - Agile development in collaboration with the operator’s teams (Angular, PWA…).
 - Delivery model with Front Office (Paris) / Back Office (Bordeaux).

Result
This initiative streamlined and harmonized customer journeys, reinforced brand identity, and improved NPS, site performance, traffic, conversion rates, overall commercial performance, and reduced cart abandonment rates.
Context & Need
The operator aimed to implement a real-time data hub without disrupting service for existing customers. The objective was to provide fresher customer information to business processes, as data was previously available via a cache with a D-1 latency.
Solution
Onepoint proposed a Lambda architecture-based solution, starting with a functional analysis of the business model and an in-depth study of interactions between data providers and consumers. The approach included the implementation of a robust technical foundation to support real-time processing and performance optimization through data normalization.
Result
The solution enabled real-time access to customer and offer data for front-end services, ensuring a scalable architecture both functionally and technically, with full platform monitoring. Additionally, it significantly reduced batch processing loads, which were historically managed using Informatica.
Context & Need
Onepoint supported a commercial real estate company in piloting its 5G experimental initiative and shaping its strategy for the future of building connectivity. The goal was to prepare for the arrival of consumer 5G, as new HQE construction standards make buildings increasingly resistant to radio waves, posing a challenge for indoor connectivity.
Solution
Onepoint led the three key aspects of this initiative, starting with the formation of strategic partnerships with telecom operators and equipment manufacturers. The project also focused on defining use cases, KPIs, and new value chains, ensuring a structured approach to 5G adoption. Additionally, Onepoint managed the site selection and preparation for the experimentation phase, laying the groundwork for real-world testing.
Result
Through Onepoint’s expertise, the client was able to initiate a long-term strategy for building connectivity and adapt its technical specifications to future needs. The initiative also allowed for a benchmark of various technological options and leveraged experimental networks to assess the impact of 5G on existing business value chains.
