Our support services
Strategic vision, purpose
We support executive committees in the development of corporate projects, helping them define a purpose and then project their ambition by sharing an inspired and inspiring vision. We assist them in mobilizing the company’s talents to create a collective force for transformation and translate this transformation into a portfolio of actionable projects for the short and medium term.
Optimization of organizations, processes, and EBITDA
We conduct a diagnostic of processes and organizations, compare them with other industry players, and help our clients define targets and roadmaps for purchasing, raw material management, supply chain (upstream and downstream), production, quality, management control, go-to-market, and more. We then support them in the sustainable implementation of these changes.
Design of new services / Foresight
We support our clients in exploring new uses and co-creating new value-added products/services with them. This type of intervention typically unfolds in three phases:
- Inspiration phase to assess trends and identify customer behaviors through interviews and ethnography.
 - Ideation phase to generate a maximum number of product/service ideas through design sprints.
 - Expiration phase to prioritize the products/services with the highest value.

Farmer Relations
Digital technology is transforming the relationship with farmers. Service platforms and relational platforms are at the heart of the strategy for players in the agricultural sector. We have the ability to support you in defining a vision and scoping your platform projects to create a new customer experience. These platforms must be built as open ecosystems where both internal and external services can be integrated. The group’s expertise allows us to support you throughout the entire “platform” project lifecycle.
Design of new services/products, new business models, innovation management / foresight
We support you in defining new areas for development and structuring new supply chains to address issues such as carbon reduction and the value creation of productions from upstream to downstream, enabling the financing of the environmental transition at all levels of the value chain.
We help our clients explore new uses and co-create new value-added products/services with them.
IT Transformation / Industry 4.0
We intervene at various levels: master planning, IT transformation roadmap, assistance in solution selection (specifications, RFI, RFP), AMOA (Assistance to Project Owners) during the different project phases, from scoping to deployment, including program management and change management with users. Our in-depth knowledge of solutions (APS, WMS, TMS, MES, ERP, MDM, PLM, etc.) dedicated to agricultural upstream (with the specifics of different supply chains) enables us to be a trusted partner in supporting our clients. We most often work alongside business leaders to bridge the gap between business and IT.
Data Governance and Utilization
Agricultural activities have a significant environmental impact, which means that the collection, processing, and utilization of data will be a major challenge for players in agricultural production and primary processing.
After assessing data maturity (referential data or data in the broader sense), we work with our clients to establish target governance and a roadmap: target organization and processes, data catalogs, data quality and security, tools…
We foster a data-driven culture within business functions, identify use cases with them, test them through POCs, and then industrialize the solutions.

Building on the “Sustainable Agriculture & Food” strategy adopted by the Metropolis as part of its Territorial Food Plan (PAT), the challenges of our support focused on the need to quantify the logistics needs and the existing supply, characterize expectations, outline different target intervention scenarios, and the associated business models.
Solution
Starting with a detailed analysis of the situation formalized through interviews with local stakeholders, and a benchmark & exchanges with other local authorities, the Onepoint team was able to identify opportunities and scenarios, along with a technical, economic, legal, and financial evaluation of the possible solutions.
Results
- Evaluation of different scenarios in terms of managing and controlling food flows
 - Sizing of the logistics platform and associated CAPEX
 - Development of a business model (Business plan with P&L) and a possible legal structure to enable the creation of operational implementation roadmaps.
