Case studies
At the request of the Prime Minister, an interministerial working group (National Gendarmerie Directorate, National Police Directorate, Directorate of Public Liberties and Legal Affairs, Directorate of Criminal Affairs and Pardons, Directorate of Penitentiary Affairs), led by the Ministry of the Interior, aims to create a file listing perpetrators of domestic violence within 18 months.
To carry out its work, the working group requested assistance with project management to scope the project by establishing a roadmap, implementation scenarios, project division, and the decisions to be made.
Solution
To address the challenges of scoping the project, Onepoint proposed the following approach:
- Co-creation of the project organization with the members of the working group.
 - Identification of a feasible target system to be achieved in the short term.
 - Collection and analysis of business requirements in relation to the identified target.
 - Delivery of an implementation roadmap.

Results
At the end of its mission, Onepoint provided the following deliverables:
- Sharing the target with stakeholders (interministerial working group and business actors).
 - Identification of decisions to be made (legal, administrative, operational, application & technical, financial, and governance).
 - Delivery of an implementation trajectory for the project, including a specification document with a functional description and a roadmap broken down into scenarios.

Onepoint and MIRVOG engage in a partnership benefiting the senior officers of the Ministry of Armed Forces.
The goal is to facilitate access to a second career for senior officers who are undergoing professional transition with MIRVOG, whether they are still in active service or have already left the institution.
It also enables Onepoint to recruit senior officers outside the armed forces and services to leverage their varied skills and experiences, based on its needs in France and internationally.
Solution
Facilitate the connection of senior officers with Onepoint’s partner network.
- Align the job offers provided by Onepoint with the candidates proposed by the MIRVOG’s Employment Relations and Job Offers Manager.
 - Allow Onepoint to recruit, based on its needs, for its group and subsidiaries, both in France and internationally, while helping MIRVOG facilitate the transition to a second career for senior officers outside the armed forces and services.
 - The implementation of professional guidance and employment support measures by MIRVOG should allow Onepoint to benefit from targeted candidates who have already undergone a pre-selection process.
 - Share Onepoint’s training and coaching offerings with MIRVOG.
 - Facilitate meetings between Defense experts and our teams.

Results
Optimization of the career transition of targeted and expert Defense personnel, enhanced efficiency in the sharing of skills, and simplification of the transition process for senior officers.
