Solution

Conduct a macro-business and digital maturity diagnostic, informed by a market analysis and a benchmark of direct competitors’ practices. Led a collaborative approach to create a digital roadmap (inspiration, ideation, deepening, business roadmap).

Results

27 prioritized business initiatives centered around coherent and valued value propositions (IT load and business gains). Definition and development of a roadmap that takes into account IT budget constraints for the 2019–2021 period, presented to the executive board.

Context and Need

Strengthen the management at the Executive Committee (Comex) level for all digital transformation projects. Support the digital expertise center currently being established. Participate in scoping projects to optimize customer relationships and customer journeys.

Solution

Definition of management tools ensuring a 360° view: facilitation of weekly management meetings, formalization of macro-planning, and overall trajectory of the ongoing projects.

Results

Improved visibility of project progress at the Comex level. Secured deliveries: reduced bottlenecks, early detection of issues, and initiation of corresponding action plans.
