Onepoint supported this payment entity of a major banking group in becoming a Payment Institution and providing a payment offering to marketplaces.
Solution
The approach to developing the target master plan was centered around 4 key levers: modernizing applications and business development, expanding the use of data, transforming the IT system across all areas, and co-constructing the IT target with business units.
Results
A 3-year development trajectory, including the creation of the Payment Institution, based on 17 transformation programs and a 3-year investment plan.
