An engineering graduate from ICAM and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Grégory brings 19 years of professional experience in strategy consulting and operational performance management, leading transformation projects for market-leading companies.

He began his career in corporate procurement roles at Lear Corporation and Moët-Hennessy before transitioning into consulting. Prior to joining Onepoint, he was a Partner at KPMG Advisory.

Grégory has developed recognized expertise in procurement transformation, covering all aspects such as processes, organization and skills, digitalization (Coupa, Ivalua, etc.), and governance. He has led the implementation of major performance improvement plans. Additionally, he has specialized in supply chain transformation, particularly in forecasting and planning challenges, and has supported the deployment of new operational models structured around S&OP processes. His expertise spans from framing strategic initiatives and defining Target Operating Models to selecting technologies and executing transformation programs.

He also possesses in-depth knowledge of the agricultural, agri-food, and wine & spirits industries. For nearly a decade, he has supported agricultural cooperatives and industry leaders in their large-scale transformation programs.

Furthermore, he has become a trusted partner for mid-sized enterprises (ETIs), addressing their transformation needs across Finance, Operations, and Information Systems through his leadership in consulting activities in the Southwest region.

Grégory joined Onepoint as a Partner in Strategy & Transformation. His expertise strengthens Onepoint’s Operations Transformation offering, particularly in Procurement and Supply Chain. He will also support mid-sized business leaders in the Southwest region, providing them with the full range of expertise needed for their transformation and digitalization.
