For over 20 years, Hélène has built her expertise in various management consulting firms, primarily working with clients in the automotive, energy & utilities, and banking sectors.

She joined Onepoint in 2019 as a Leader within the Hi (Human Intelligence) teams, with the ambition of contributing to the development of change and organizational transformation offerings.

As part of the Employee Experience teams, Hélène supports her clients through their transformation journeys, from the initial diagnosis and design phases to operational implementation for employees.
