An engineering graduate from USTHB with a Master’s in New Technology Management from HEC-Mines Paris, Adel has 18 years of experience, primarily within KPMG France’s Advisory practice, specializing in financial services and IT services in both France and Africa.
He has supported numerous financial institutions through pivotal moments such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures—both in pre-deal phases and post-deal execution. His expertise spans due diligence, integration/separation program management, and major technological, operational, and organizational transformations. He also has extensive experience in core business transformations related to Core Banking Systems.
Throughout his career, Adel has worked on critical issues related to technology and operational risk management within financial institutions, IT service providers, and software vendors.
Adel joined Onepoint as a Partner within the Deal, Risk & Finance community to strengthen and expand the firm’s end-to-end advisory offering on deal and transformation challenges in the financial services sector.
