Isabelle, an engineer from ENSIIE, holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC in Financial Techniques and is a certified coach from ICI.

She began her career at Business & Decision, then joined the Yves Rocher Group, where for nearly 18 years, she supported the rationalization of back-office industrial and commercial IT systems, as well as the digital and omnichannel transformation of marketing and sales IT systems.

In 2015, curious about the food industry, which is at the heart of major societal, health, and environmental challenges, and where Brittany is the leading production region, she partnered with JBG Consultants, a firm specialized in the sector, to assist clients in their transformations.

In 2021, she joined Onepoint as a partner to help establish Onepoint as the reference player for consulting in the food industry, starting from its new office in Rennes, following the acquisition of JBG Consultants.
